Retur si anulare
Produsele livrate se pot returna sau rambursa contravaloarea lor doar in cazul in care au fost livrate nefunctionale, clientul trebuie sa dovedeasca acest fapt.

Cererea de anulare trebuie facuta inainte de primirea comenzii, in caz contrar comanda nu mai poate fi anulata data fiind natura produsului.
